Fischer Design designed the amenity areas for the Serenade development that included entrance monuments, a pigeonnier, open lawn, event space, playground, extensive landscaping, fire pits and water features.

The pigeonnier is the focal element from the main entrance into the neighborhood as well as an anchor to one end of the large, central open lawn area. The area includes an adjacent small gathering area and a water/fire feature.

The event space at Serenade sits at the edge of the pond and anchors one end of a large open lawn area. The bosque of trees provide a shaded area for event seating. A fountain feature provides white noise and shade sails add colorful accents.
